Kat Louis is a Northern California based artist specializing in makeup and hairstyling for weddings, events, and photography.

In 2006, Kat turned her passion for beauty into a career as a professional makeup artist, learning from some of the most respected and influential artists and mentors in the industry.

With a desire to master all aspects relating to her craft, Kat chose to pursue an education in the arts, earning a B.A. in Studio Art with a photography emphasis from Sonoma State University in 2013. Kat’s academic training in art and photography paired with her extensive knowledge of cosmetic products and formulas give her an edge in creating long-wearing, HD camera ready makeup looks that are as beautiful in photos as they are in person.

Kat offers makeup and hairstyling services in her downtown Novato studio, as well as on location in the San Francisco Bay Area including Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and beyond.
